Understand and edit the fields Group Type, Guide Type & Physical Ratings in the Operator Dashboard
In order to display the most accurate information about your tours, we have implemented some new fields in the Operator Dashboard to outline what travelers should expect when travelling with your company. These fields are broken down into Group Type, Guide Type and Physical Rating.
Please read the definition we will be showing to travelers of each of the fields below.
Group Types
- Group
- You'll be part of a group of individuals who've also booked this tour
- Private
- The tour will run exclusively for your private party
- Personalized
- You will not be part of a group and will travel on your own personalized tour
- Switch the ‘Personalized Option’ on if you are able to offer a personalized tour on a private basis

Guide Types
- Fully Guided
- An experienced guide will be with you for the entire tour
- Partially Guided
- A guide will join you for parts of the tour, but will not accompany you everywhere
- Self-Guided
- You'll be provided with everything required to follow the tour's itinerary without a guide

Physical Rating
Select the relevant ‘Physical Rating’ from the list provided:- Relaxing
- Travelers don’t have to worry about physical activities
- Easy
- Travelers can expect some light physical activities
- Moderate
- Travelers should be comfortable with somewhat demanding activities
- Serious
- Travelers should be comfortable participating in physically demanding activities for extended periods of time
- Heart-pumping
- Travelers should be in very good physical condition and expect continuous demanding activities. Training is recommended
