Once a booking is made, TourRadar collects the payments from the traveler as described below.
Once a booking has been confirmed, TourRadar charges the traveler for either the full balance or a deposit, and then the remaining balance at a later date (depending on your Terms and Conditions). The final payment due date is decided by your team, and you can view this in the Operator Dashboard under your Profile, on the 'Bookings & Finance' tab. If you would like us to change the final payment due date, please email us at bdms@tourradar.com
Should a Local Payment be required for a booking, this would be collected by the Tour Operator at the commencement of the tour. Please note, any Local Payments must be reflected on the booking page. To learn how to add a Local Payment, check out the article here.
