How to activate your TourRadar Wallet?

Understanding the activation process for the TourRadar Wallet.

This article helps you activate your TourRadar Wallet so you can receive payments. Activation is quick, but it's important to follow the steps carefully.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  • Check your email inbox
    You’ll receive two separate emails:

    • Email 1 from TourRadar: Contains your TourRadar ID

    • Email 2 from Hyperwallet: Contains your Hyperwallet activation link

  • Open the email from Hyperwallet

    • Click the activation link to begin the setup process.

  • Enter your TourRadar ID

    • Copy the ID from Email 1 and paste it when prompted.

  • Choose your account type

    • Select either Individual or Business.

    • ⚠️ This choice cannot be changed later, so make sure to pick the correct one based on how your business is registered.


  • Complete the registration form

    • Enter your personal or company information.

    • Upload any required documents, if requested.

  • Submit the form and confirm activation

    • Once completed, your wallet will be active and ready to receive payouts.

If a form of Government ID number is requested during the activation process, please note that this cannot be a Passport ID number and is not a mandatory field for certain regions. 

If you are located in the United States then you will need to enter the Business Contact's Social Security Number in the Government ID field to continue.
