Understanding the activation process for the TourRadar Wallet.
Once your TourRadar Wallet has been created, you will receive two emails containing instructions on how to activate your account and access your TourRadar Wallet.

Email 1 - from TourRadar containing your TourRadar ID

Email 2 - from Hyperwallet containing a link to activate your wallet
Please use the TourRadar ID from Email 1 to access your TourRadar Wallet using the link provided in Email 2.
During the activation process, it is very important that you choose the correct account type at the beginning of the process:
If a form of Government ID number is requested during the activation process, please note that this cannot be a Passport ID number and is not a mandatory field.
