[Promotions](https://help.tourradar.com/en/operators/operator-dashboard?hsLang=en#promotions) # How To Add A Promotion Based On An Adventure List ## Use this option to apply the same promotion settings across multiple adventures. #### **Key Features** - Select multiple adventures using Tour ID's (e.g. 137188) or adventure names. - Same discount, validity, and departure range for all adventures - Departure dates must be continuous - Blackout dates are not supported. If you’d like to exclude specific departure dates, please refer to **“[How to Add a Promotion Based on One Adventure](https://help.tourradar.com/en/operators/how-to-add-a-promotion-based-on-one-adventure?hsLang=en).”**   #### **Step‑by‑Step Instructions** 1. Log in to your **Operator Dashboard**. 2. Enter a **Promotion Name**. 6. Set the **Promotion Status** to *Live*. 7. It will not appear on external booking tools or partner platforms. 8. Add the **Valid Booking Date Range** 9. Add the **Departure Date Range**. 10. Set the **Paid in full by** date. - Only set a date if this promotion requires a different final payment date than your standard full-payment configuration 11. Add a **Description** and **Terms**. 12. Select the **Promotion Type**. 13. Select the **Value Type**. 14. Add the **Discount per Currency**. 15. Populate **Select Adventures for This Promotion**. Add the adventures you’d like to apply this promotion to. Click **Save Promotion**. Your promotion is now live. **Note: You are unable to edit an existing promotion**  If you need to edit an existing promotion please pause the promotion and load a new promotion from scratch following the steps above.
