How To Add A Promotion Based On One Adventure

Use this option to apply a promotion to a single adventure with full control over departure dates.

Key Features

  • Only available when selecting one adventure

  • Departure dates can be non‑continuous

  • Blackout dates can be applied

  • Ideal for targeting specific seasons or slower‑selling departures

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Operator Dashboard (you’ll land in the Adventures section).

  2. From the top menu, click Promotions.

  3. Click Add Promotion

  4. Select Promotion Type: Based on One Adventure.Pasted Graphic 39 copy

  5. Enter a Promotion Name (clear and traveler‑friendly).

  6. Set the Promotion Status to Live.

  7. Choose whether the promotion is TourRadar Exclusive.image-png-Jan-21-2026-03-58-56-9720-PM

    • This promotion is restricted to TourRadar.com. It will not appear on external booking tools or partner platforms.
  8. Add the Valid Booking Date Range.

  9. If applicable, set the Paid in Full by date

    • Only set a date if this promotion requires a different final payment date than your standard full-payment configuration
  10. Add a Description (shown to travelers) and Terms.

  11. Select the Promotion Type 

  12. Select the Value Type.

  13. Add the Discount per applicable Currency.

  14. In the Select Adventure and Departure Date Ranges section, choose the relevant adventure and departure date range, then click “Assign departures.” All applicable departure dates will then appear below.

  15. If your departure dates are scattered (not continuous), please select the departure dates you’d like to exclude from the promotion, then click “Unassign departures.”

  16. Click Save Promotion (top‑right corner).

Your promotion is now live.

Note: You are unable to edit an existing promotion 

If you need to edit an existing promotion please pause the promotion and load a new promotion from scratch following the steps above.

If you only want the promotion to be applied to a particular currency or region, simply email the Business Development Team.
