How To Duplicate A Tour
This article explains how to duplicate an existing tour to quickly create a new version. Duplicating saves time and keeps your new tour optimized and ready for bookings.
Why Duplicate a Tour?
If most details of your new tour are the same as an existing one, duplication is the fastest way to set it up.
When you duplicate a tour:
- All main content is copied, including itinerary, images, and descriptions
- The structure stays optimized
- You only need to update the differences
Please note: Pricing and availability are not duplicated. These must be added manually.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Log in to your Operator Dashboard
- Go to Adventures tab
- Find the Adventure you want to use as a base
- Click the Duplicate button on the Details tab of the tour

A new draft tour will be created automatically.
Next: Update the new tour version
After duplicating, open the new draft and review all sections carefully.
Make sure to:
- Update all the details that are different from the original tour
- Add Pricing and Availability
