# How To Duplicate A Tour

## This article explains how to duplicate an existing tour to quickly create a new version. Duplicating saves time and keeps your new tour optimized and ready for bookings.

### Why Duplicate a Tour?

If most details of your new tour are the same as an existing one, duplication is the fastest way to set it up.

When you duplicate a tour:

- All main content is copied, including itinerary, images, and descriptions
- The structure stays optimized
- You only need to update the differences

**Please note:** Pricing and availability are not duplicated. These must be added manually.

### Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Log in to your **Operator Dashboard**
2. Go to **Adventures** tab
3. Find the Adventure you want to use as a base
4. Click the **Duplicate** button on the Details tab of the tour

A new draft tour will be created automatically.

### Next: Update the new tour version 

After duplicating, open the new draft and review all sections carefully.

Make sure to:

- Update all the details that are different from the original tour
- Add Pricing and Availability
