[Private Tours](https://help.tourradar.com/en/operators/private-tours?hsLang=en) # How to Load a Private Tour? ## Perfecting the potential of private tours by loading clear and concise content In order to add a Private 'New Tour', log in to your [Operator Dashboard](http://operators.tourradar.com/dashboard/login). It will automatically take you to the 'Tours' tab. - Click 'Add Tour' on the right-hand side, filling in all the necessary tour information - In the 'Details' section, you will need to include Tour Name, Tour Status, Duration, Tour Code, Link to the tour on your website, and a short introduction to the highlights of your tour - If your minimum traveler number for private tours is above two, please select 'Mandatory Single Supplement' - Once all of the above is populated, click the 'Save' button on the right-hand side - Once saved, additional fields will appear for [Group Type](https://help.tourradar.com/en/operators/group-type-guide-type-physical-ratings?hsLang=en) which should be Private, here you will also [add minimum traveler numbers](https://help.tourradar.com/en/operators/how-to-set-a-minimum-group-size-for-private-tours?hsLang=en) and [Physical rating](https://help.tourradar.com/en/operators/group-type-guide-type-physical-ratings?hsLang=en) Follow the steps in the following articles to complete the rest of your tour. - [Add/Edit your Tour Itineraries](https://help.tourradar.com/en/operators/how-to-add/edit-your-tour-itinerary?hsLang=en) - [Add Photos to a Tour](https://help.tourradar.com/en/operators/how-to-add-photos-to-a-tour?hsLang=en) - [Add/Edit ‘What’s Included' in a Tour](https://help.tourradar.com/en/operators/how-to-edit-the-whats-included-section?hsLang=en) When adding your inclusions for Private Tours, we advise adding the following additional content to the below sections: - **Accommodation**: We know that the standards of accommodation vary for private tours based on the traveler’s request, please list all available options here - **Transport:** We know that transport types vary depending on group size and traveler requests, please list all available types here - **Other Not Included:** We are working on implementing Tiered Pricing in the Operator Dashboard, in the interim please add your tiered pricing in the 'Other Not Included' section to give travelers an indication of price based on traveler numbers - [Add/Edit Room Types, Mandatory Addons and Optional Extras](https://help.tourradar.com/en/operators/how-to-add/edit-room-types-mandatory-addons-and-optional-extras?hsLang=en) Until we implement tiered pricing for Private Tours, the best way to display the cost of your tour to potential travelers is by loading Room Types per group size. Please title the name of the Room Type as the traveler number for example:  - Single Traveler Pricing - Twin Traveler Pricing - Triple Traveler Pricing - Quad Traveler Pricing etc A visual representation of this can be seen below: ![Screenshot 2023-10-18 at 11.37.19 AM](https://help.tourradar.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202023-10-18%20at%2011.37.19%20AM.png?width=536&height=523&name=Screenshot%202023-10-18%20at%2011.37.19%20AM.png) **\*\*Ensure all room types are marked as Private.**    - [Add/Edit Tour Pricing and Availability](https://help.tourradar.com/en/operators/how-to-add-edit-tour-pricing-and-availability?hsLang=en) This is where we will indicate to the booking travelers, the minimum cost of a private tour.  **For example**, if your tour costs $1000 per person and requires a minimum of 4 travelers to ensure departure, please list the lower traveler amounts accurately. For example, A single traveler would be $4000, Twin travelers would be $2000, Quad travelers would be $1000.
