Tour Import Log Tab
We've launched the Import Log, bringing our most critical sync diagnostics directly into Operator Dashboard.
To access the Import Log, head to your Operator Dashboard, select an Adventure, and look at the 'Details' tab.

What's new?

A dedicated Import Log tab lets you view the 10 most recent imports, with date filtering and a Load More option to dig back further.
- Expand any import to see each API request sent to the operator to pull content data, in the order they were made.
- Every step gives you full visibility into the Action, Endpoint, Response Size, Request Time, and HTTP status codes.
- A Download button gives you direct access to the raw operator data, so you can quickly check what we received against what we show on the Marketplace.
The result is instant clarity as you can now pinpoint way faster whether a bug lives on the Operator side or the TourRadar side.
