      How to Load a Tour With AI?

      Loading a tour just got easier by utilizing AI to import your Itinerary information.

      We’ve introduced a new AI Import feature to help you save time when uploading your adventures! This tool allows you to pull in the tour overview and itinerary directly from your own website. You’ll still need to input the remaining details manually, but this is a great way to get started faster.

      🚀 How to Use AI Import

      Step 1: Get Started in the Operator Dashboard

      1. Log into the Operator Dashboard.

      2. Navigate to the Adventures tab.

      3. Click Import with AI.

      Step 2: Import Your Tour

      1. In the Adventure URL field, paste the link to your tour from your own website.

      2. Click Import with AI to begin the import process.

      3. Once loaded, scroll down and select whether the Single Supplement is mandatory or not.

      4. Click Save.

      Step 3: Review and Edit the Overview

      1. Carefully review the Tour Overview that was pulled in.

      2. Add or adjust any information as needed before continuing to the itinerary.

      🗺️ Load the Itinerary Using AI

      1. Go to the Itinerary tab.

      2. In the top right corner, click Update from AI.

      3. The tool will import the day-by-day itinerary and map from your website.

      4. Review the content, make any necessary edits, and click Save.

      📝 Complete the Remaining Details

      At this time, the Pricing, Availability, Inclusions, and other remaining tabs must be updated manually.
