White-Label

With our White-Label Review Tool, you can invite all your travelers to leave reviews, not just those who booked through TourRadar. The review form shows your branding only, so it looks and feels like a direct request from your company.

How it works:

• Travelers answer two short questions:

  • One review appears on TourRadar.

  • The second is a company-specific review just for your use.

• The company review is not published on TourRadar and is SEO-safe to reuse on your own website.

• You can safely copy and share these company reviews on your website without risking duplicate content issues on Google.

Get Your Guides Involved in Collecting Reviews on Tour

Your tour guides can play a key role in gathering great reviews!

Here’s how:

• Make sure each guide has a Guide Profile set up on TourRadar

• Guides can share their personal review link with travelers

• Or, provide an internet-enabled tablet so travelers can leave a review on the spot, while the experience is still fresh.

This personal touch often leads to more detailed, positive reviews.

Manual Reviews

To protect the integrity of the TourRadar platform, manual submission of reviews is not allowed.

All reviews must be submitted by the traveler using one of the following verified methods:

• A Facebook profile

• A Google account (Google+ Profile)

• A verified email address

Reviewing Multiple Tours

Traveler who have travelled on multiple tours with your company are welcome to review all the tours that they have travelled on. This will be monitored through our Review Moderation process.
