Can I keep using my own payment links?

Yes - If you'd like to utilize your own payment link, only the technology fee will be applicable (1.75% per booking) when a customer is booking your tour:

  1. Once a customer requests a booking, they will be notified under the "Payment Details" section that a payment link will be provided by the operator once the request goes through:

2. A booking conversation page will be automatically created post-request and the operator will be able to send their payment link to the passenger via this page.

3. Once the operator receives the money in their bank account, they can manually confirm the booking and add the amount the customer has paid already. 

4. If the operator only collected the deposit at the time of booking, an additional payment reminder and link will have to be sent to the customer to collect the final payment due. 

5. Once the final payment is received, the operator can update the amount received via the booking conversation page to showcase the final balance is zero for the customer.
