Does TourRadar Charge a Cancellation Fee?
Sometimes plans change and confirmed bookings need to be cancelled. Here's what Operators need to know about cancellations, whether initiated by the traveler or by your team.
If a Traveler Cancels:

Cancellation fees may apply based on Operator Terms & Conditions.

TourRadar will apply a commission fee on cancellation(s) in line with the Operator Contract

The final refund amount to the traveler depends on both of the above
If the Operator Cancels:
- Inform the traveler as soon as possible and explain the situation

Notify TourRadar as soon as possible at bdms@tourradar.com
- TourRadar will charge the Platform Service Fee on cancelled bookings in line with the Operator Contract

TourRadar will help you manage the refund arrangements
