Step 3) Email Notifications vs Dashboard Notifications

How you can receive traveler notifications

There are 2 ways of receiving notifications: via email or via our operator dashboard.

In order to add/update 'Email Notifications' log in to your TourRadar Operator Dashboard. On the top right-hand corner click on your company name to access the drop-down menu where you will select 'Profile'. Then click on the 'Email Notifications' tab.

Next, all you need to do is find the notification email corresponding to your enquiry and open the Booking Conversation Page (BCP) through the link in the email, or by clicking on the enquiry in the operator dashboard. 

New Tour Enquiry Email 

  • Input up to 3 email recipients that you wish to receive a 'New Tour Enquiry Email'
