Every Operator that goes live on TourRadar enters into a formal partnership by signing a contract. This agreement outlines key details of the partnership, such as commission rates, payment methods, and the terms and conditions.
To view/sign your Operator contract, follow the steps below:
- Head to your Operator Dashboard and sign in
- On the top right-hand corner, click on your company name to access the drop-down menu where you will select 'Profile'
- Next, click the 'Contract' tab on the top right-hand side
- After clicking, you will be able to find your contract with TourRadar and its details
- To sign the contract, click the yellow 'Start' button to begin
- Next, you will have to sign in the indicated sections like the screenshot below
- After signing the indicated sections, select the 'Finish' button to assure everything has been saved
- Additionally, you can download a copy of the contract for documentation purposes after you've finished signing
