How to Dispute Reviews?
To dispute a review please follow the steps below.
Operators cannot remove reviews directly from the TourRadar platform. However, if you believe a review violates TourRadar’s guidelines, you can request an investigation.
Steps to Dispute a Review:

Email your Business Development contact with the details of the review.

Include supporting documentation (e.g. tour records, communication logs).

Our team will conduct a full investigation before making any decision.

If the review meets the criteria for removal, it will be taken down.
TourRadar does not remove reviews just because they are negative.
Only reviews that violate platform guidelines or contain false/inappropriate content may be removed.
This process helps keep the review system fair and trustworthy for all travelers.
