How to Dispute Reviews?
To dispute a review please follow the steps below.
As an Operator, you do not have the ability to remove reviews from the TourRadar Platform. To dispute a review please email the Business Development Team with documentation as to why the review should be removed. Before our team removes any reviews from TourRadar an investigation will be completed. If the investigation finds the review fits the criteria for removal it will no longer be displayed. TourRadar will not remove reviews simply because they are negative.
