To enable traveler types on a specific tour, follow the steps below
Once you have added 'Traveler Types' to your Profile, you can enable them at a tour level. If you offer child discounts only on some of your tours, for example, you can enable child pricing for those tours only.
To enable traveler types on a tour
- On the 'Tours' tab, select the tour that you want to update
- Click the 'Rooms & Traveler Types' tab
- If you offer only one standard price per person, you can select 'General' pricing
- Select 'Multiple' to add different pricing for different traveler types (ex. seniors & children)
- Toggle on the traveler types that you want to add pricing for on the tour
- Note: you do not need to add pricing for all traveler types, on all tours. If you do not offer a child discount on certain tours, you can leave it toggled off
- If you have added prices for multiple traveler types, and decide to switch back to 'General', we will save the 'Adult' prices as 'General'. All other traveler type prices will be lost
- Once the desired traveler types are toggled on, follow the steps here to add the pricing
