Questions and Answers (Q&As) for your Operator Page are designed to sell your business to a traveler, particularly a new traveler. Whilst, Q&As on your Tour Details Page are designed to sell a specific tour to a traveler.
Travelers want to know all the details of your tours, and it can be very time consuming to answer the same questions again and again. Instead, why not display this information on the Operator & Tour Detail Page for travelers to see when they are browsing?
Our Content Team can load a list of Q&As for each operator.
Add Q&As to your TourRadar Operator Page:
- If you have any general Q&As related to all of your tours, these can be added to your Operator Page (ex. Do you offer child discounts?)
- Simply send them to the Business Development Team at bdms@tourradar.com and our Content Team will add them for you
The Q&As on your Tour Details Page are usually different for every one of your tours. Some examples include:
- Where does this tour start and finish?
- What is the average group size for this tour?
- What type of accommodation is used for this tour?
- Can I join this tour after it's already departed?
- How much time is spent at each attraction?
- How much time is spent driving/on the bus each day?
- What is the physical rating for this tour?
- Do you charge a single supplement fee or can I be matched with another solo traveler?
- Do you arrange airport transfers?
- Can you assist with booking additional accommodation?
- What do I need to pack/bring for this tour?
The Q&As should answer all commonly asked questions you receive from customers about your tours. You can send your Q&As for your Tour Details Page to bdms@tourradar.com ensuring you include the specific tours they relate to.
