Using the 'Contact Us' URL located in the links section of DBS, you can set up a clean and simple process for travelers to ask questions about trips they are interested in. This form automatically creates a Booking Conversation Page (BCP) where you capture customer details and are also able to convert them into a booking.
Ensure all tours have TourRadar Book Now and Inquire Now Buttons
This makes sure that travelers know what the 'Book/Inquire Now' buttons look like on your website and that there is a button for each of your listed tours. The links to add these buttons can be found in the 'Links' section of DBS in your Operator Dashboard.
