If you are experiencing issues with the Operator Dashboard, you can flag this to us by clicking the Feeback button on the right-hand side of the page when you are logged in.
If you are unable to log in, or the issue is related to a specific Booking Conversation Page (BCP), you can email the Business Development Team or your account manager telling us exactly what the issue is that you are experiencing. If possible, please attach screenshots so that we can see exactly what you are seeing. Our Business Development Team will reply to you once the issue has been discussed with our Tech Team.
