Set your minimum group size for Private Tours by following the steps below.
You can let the travelers know when you can operate tours on a private basis:
- Log in to the Operator Dashboard and select the 'Private Option' on each of your tour pages
- Add the minimum group size required to operate the tour as private
- Click ‘Save Tour’
- This option is set at a tour level so it is completely flexible to your business model
- If all of your tours have the same minimum group size, go to ‘Profile’ and then ‘Operator Page’ and add the number here. This will apply to all the tours.
