Find out how to use the Booking Conversation Page Templates by following the steps below.
To make it easier and quicker for you to reply to passengers, we have set up response templates in the Booking Conversation Page (BCP). These pre-set texts can be selected and inserted in the passengers BCP, and you simply need to adjust the content to match the specific enquiry.
To use templates in the Booking Conversation Page (BCP):
- Open the BCP for the relevant enquiry/booking
- Select the ‘Use a template’ in the ‘Conversation’ section located on the left-hand side of the page under the text box
- A drop-down list will appear, from that, you can select the relevant template response you wish to send to the passenger
- The template will appear in the conversation text box, which you can customise/edit to match the passenger’s specific details
- Once all the above is done, click ‘Send as email’ to send to the passenger
