How to Use Templates in the Booking Conversation Page?

Learn how to save time and streamline communication with ready-to-use templates

To help you respond to traveler inquiries quickly and efficiently, the Booking Conversation Page (BCP) offers pre-set response templates. These templates can be easily selected and customized to address specific traveler queries, saving you time while maintaining a consistent and professional tone.

To use templates in the Booking Conversation Page (BCP):

  • Open the BCP for the relevant enquiry or booking
  • Click the notepad button located under the text box on the 'Customer' tab 
  • A drop-down list of templates will appear. Select the one most relevant to your traveler's inquiry
  • The selected template will populate the text box. Review the content and make any necessary adjustments to match the traveler’s details or questions.
  • Once the response is ready, click ‘Send customer message’ to deliver it to the traveler

If you would like to add any additional templates to the BCP, please reach out to the Business Development Team with the content of the templates you would like to include.
