How to use the 'Create Enquiry' Functionality?

We created the 'Create Enquiry' functionality for you and your team to quickly create a tour quote for your customers within just a few minutes.

When you receive a request either via phone, social media channels or email you can follow the below steps to quickly set up an enquiry page for your clients:

  1. Login to the Operator Dashboard and navigate to the 'Enquiries and Bookings' Tab 
  2. Click on + Create Enquiry
  3. Choose a base tour from one of the ones loaded in the TourRadar System or click General Question and click Create
  4. You will be redirected to a Question Page based on the tour you chose.
  5. You as the Operator can fill out the form on behalf of the customer if you have all the information from the passengers or you can send this link to the client directly for them to fill this out. 
  6. Once you or the client have filled out the page, a Booking Conversation Page (BCP) will be created, which can be found in your Operator Dashboard under the 'Enquiries and Bookings' tab.
  7. Within the BCP you can do the following:
    • Communicate back and forth with the customers
    • Create a quote
    • Edit Itinerary
    • Edit Pricing
    • Upload Documents
    • Prompt Customers to make payment
