If TourRadar is processing the payment:
- The customer will make a payment through the implemented "Book" or "Question" links on your website. The deposit and full payment terms of the tour will be determined by the operator of the tour.
- Approximately 15 days after the return date of the trip, the Net Tour Amount is transferred to you. You also have the option of early payouts if this is required.
If you are using your own payment options (for example, bank transfer or PayPal)
- TourRadar will not receive any payment from the customer. Payments from the customer will go directly through the personal payment links or bank details provided by you.
- TourRadar will invoice you for the technology fee on a monthly basis.
