Operator Dashboard Layout

Welcome to your Operator Dashboard, your one-stop location for managing tours and enquiries.

When you log into your Operator Dashboard, you will be taken to the 'Tours' tab as shown below. 


You will find a yellow banner displayed at the top advising you on the tours missing departure dates.  On the right, you will notice a red button to provide us with your feedback about the dashboard. 

To the left is where you can filter your tours by status, content quality, or by complete vs incomplete. This will help you focus on updating the tours that require the most attention.

Moving to the 'Enquiries & Bookings' tab, you can view and respond to your enquiries.

Under the 'response' column, you can view if the notification is sent from TourRadar or if it's the traveler. You also have the option to filter by pending bookings, 48-hr holds, general enquiries, or confirmed bookings.
