How to Remit a Payment?

To transfer funds to an account that has already been registered as a payment method in your TourRadar Wallet portal:

  1. Click Transfer > Action > Transfer to Bank Account
  2. Select an option on the “To” dropdown panel.
  3. Enter the amount you would like to remit and add a personal note (optional). Click Continue 
  4. Review your transfer details.
  5. Click Confirm

You have the choice of a) entering a specific amount you wish to transfer, or b) transferring the maximum amount that has accumulated in your TourRadar Wallet.

When entering an amount:

  • If you would like to transfer the full balance of a single currency, you will need to deduct a fee from the amount that you would like to remit. A schedule of the fees that apply to specific transfer methods can be found under Resources > Fees
  • If you would like to transfer a portion of the balance of a single currency, you will not be required to manually deduct a fee from the amount to be remitted; as there will be funds remaining in your account for that currency, your TourRadar Wallet will deduct any applicable fees automatically.

 

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for the funds to be credited to a bank account in North America or Europe and up to 5 business days for other destinations.
