What Are Your Payment Options?

Payment options Bank Transfer or Virtual Credit Card

Your payment schedule will depend on your preferred payment method. You may choose to receive payment either via Bank Transfer or Virtual Credit Card (VCC).

If you would like to update your payment method or details, please contact us at finance@tourradar.com, at least two weeks before the next payout is due to be processed.

If TourRadar has not received your payment information, your payment will be deferred until the next payout after receiving the required account information.

Please refer to your Booking Statements for the currency and payment due date of each booking.

Bank Transfer

If you request to be paid via bank transfer, payment will generally become due and payable by the fifth business day of the next calendar month after your tour’s departure date.

For example, if a tour departs on 9th July 2019, payment will be due to the Operator by the fifth business day of the following month. This would be 7th August 2019.

Bank transfers will be processed by one or more of TourRadar’s subsidiaries, depending on the location of the traveler. This may result in multiple bank transfers, each payout.

As we process high volumes of transactions each month, it is necessary for us to set automated workflows and have structured processes. As such, we are currently performing electronic payments and for our internal procedures, it is not possible to consolidate all payments into one single transaction.

We will cover the bank fees associated with these transfers, with the exception of any fees charged by intermediary banks or your bank. You will be required to cover these fees.

Virtual Credit Card (VCC)

Another payout option available is to receive payment via Virtual Credit Card (VCC), which is not a physical card but works in the same way.

We will send you an email with the details of the VCC that you can use to process payment for all of your bookings due in a particular payout. This will be sent to your email address listed in your Operator Dashboard, under Invoice Email Address.

To process the payment, you will need to enter the VCC details into your physical or online merchant terminal. TourRadar does not charge any fees for credit card payments, however, your bank or merchant may charge a fee. Any fees associated with VCC payments are not covered by TourRadar.

Please note: If you're using Stripe as your merchant you will need to advise them to allow virtual credit cards or the transaction may be declined.

The payout due date will be based on the customer’s final payment date, which is usually 30-60 days before the tour’s departure date.

If final payment is received from the customer between the 1st and 24th of the month, you will be paid at the end of the same month.

If final payment is received from the customer between the 25th and 31st of the month, you will be paid at the end of the following month.
