What Is a Booking Statement?

Understanding your Booking Statement

TourRadar will send you a pdf file for each booking which contains your invoice, addressed to the relevant TourRadar subsidiary, as well as other associated information.

Booking Statement Document

When a booking is confirmed, or an extra service is added to a booking, we will email you a .pdf file that contains:

  • A Booking Statement (page 1) that reflects the total gross price of the booking, and/or the additional services added to the booking
  • A Tax Invoice (page 2) from TourRadar, that displays our commission rate and the calculated commission amount
  • A Payment Advice Note (page 3) that shows the nett amount payable to you, which is equal to the gross booking amount minus our commission. You can also find the payment due date and payment method on this page

You will find an example of the above document attached.

Adjustment/Cancellation Statement

When a booking is cancelled, or a refund is issued to a traveller, we will email you a .pdf file that contains:

  • A Cancellation or Adjustment Statement (page 1) that reflects the total gross price of the changes made to the booking
  • A Credit Note (page 2) from TourRadar, that displays our commission rate and the calculated commission amount associated with the changes
  • A Payment Advice Note (page 3) that shows the net change to be applied against the booking’s previous statements

Amount Payable to the Operator

The amount payable to you is equal to the combined Net Balance of all the Statements associated with a single booking. The Net Balance can be found on the third page of each .pdf document.

As stated on each Statement, if you find any discrepancies, please contact us at finance@tourradar.com within fourteen days so adjustments can be made, if necessary.
