To find your commission rate check your contract on the Operator Dashboard
TourRadar charges commission on each confirmed booking processed via the TourRadar Marketplace. Furthermore, TourRadar doesn't charge a commission on Local Payments or Food Funds.
Note: TourRadar does not charge consumers a booking or credit card fee.
Already on TourRadar? For your current commission rate, please visit your Operator Dashboard. Click 'Profile' on the top menu, and go to the 'Contract' tab, here you will be able to find your commission rate. Otherwise, feel free to contact your Business Development Manager or the Business Development Team at TourRadar.
