What Is TourRadar's Commission and Service Fee?

To find your commission rate check your contract on the Operator Dashboard

TourRadar charges commission on each confirmed booking processed via the TourRadar Marketplace. Furthermore, TourRadar doesn't charge a commission on Local Payments or Food Funds.

Service Fee for customers: As part of our continuous effort to maintain and improve the quality of our services to enhance the customer experience and ensure the growth of bookings for your business and our platform, we may charge the customer a 5% service fee (based on the gross tour price) capped at 49.


The service fee covers:
1. Enhanced Support: We support customers 24/7, offering personalized service through phone calls, live chat, and monitoring communications to keep everything running smoothly.
2. Growing Bookings: Our team is dedicated to attracting more customers to the platform, which means more potential bookings for you. We keep the platform up-to-date, user-friendly, and focused on showcasing the best tours.
3. Platform Quality: We are committed to ensuring that all operators on our platform meet the highest standards for quality and safety. This benefits both customers and your reputation as a trusted supplier.

This requires no action from you and any questions can be directed to our team. We prepared a template for you which you can find in the usual template section called "Service Fee - Operator to Customer" to help you explain it.

Commission Rates: For your current commission rate, please visit your Operator Dashboard. Click 'Profile' on the top menu, and go to the  'Contract' tab, here you will be able to find your commission rate. Otherwise, feel free to contact your Business Development Manager or the Business Development Team at TourRadar.
