Where Can I Filter to See What Bookings Came Directly Through My Website vs. Tourradar’s?

Find steps on how to filter which bookings you received directly vs on TourRadar below.

  1. Login to your Operator Dashboard.
  2. Go to the 'Enquiries and Bookings' Tab, then expand 'More Filters'.channel 1
  3. Use the Filter 'Channel' and choose 'Direct' (by default you will see all enquiries and bookings).

  4. Now you can see all bookings and enquiries that came from your website directly.
    1. You can also download a list of the filtered view with all details of these Bookings and Enquiries.
