- How to utilize the Direct Booking Solution
Where can I filter to see what bookings came directly through my website vs. TourRadar's?
- Login to your Operator Dashboard
- Go to the 'Enquiries and Bookings' Tab > expand 'More Filters'
- Use the Filter Channel and choose Direct (by default you will see all enquiries and bookings)
- Now you can see all bookings and enquiries that came from your website directly
- You can also download a list of the filtered view with all details of these Bookings and Enquiries
