How Are Payments Made by Passengers?

Once a booking is made, TourRadar collects the payments from the passenger as described below.

Once a booking has been confirmed, TourRadar charges the passenger for either the full balance or a deposit and then the remaining balance. Should a Local Payment be required for a booking, this would be collected by the Tour Operator at the commencement of the tour. Please note, any Local Payments must be reflected on the booking page
