How Are Reviews Moderated?

Every review submitted by a traveler goes through TourRadar’s Review Moderation process before it appears on your listing. This ensures reviews are both authentic and appropriate.

Review Moderation Criteria

  1. Verified Identity
    Travelers must verify their review using one of the following:

    • A valid Facebook profile

    • A Google profile

    • A verified email address

  2. Appropriate Content
    Reviews are checked for inappropriate content, such as:

    • Offensive or abusive language

    • Inappropriate or misleading images

    If flagged, the review will be held for manual review by our team.

  3. Approval and Publishing
    If no issues are found, the review will be approved and published automatically.

      Most reviews are published within 24–48 hours, depending on volume.

    • Can I respond to traveler reviews?
      Yes! Once a review is live, you can add a public response through your Operator Dashboard.

    • What if I believe a review is unfair or incorrect?
      You can request a review of the content by contacting our Business Development team.
