Every review submitted by a traveler goes through TourRadar’s Review Moderation process before it appears on your listing. This ensures reviews are both authentic and appropriate.
Review Moderation Criteria

Verified Identity
Travelers must verify their review using one of the following:-
A valid Facebook profile

A Google profile

A verified email address

Appropriate Content
Reviews are checked for inappropriate content, such as:-
Offensive or abusive language

Inappropriate or misleading images
If flagged, the review will be held for manual review by our team.

If no issues are found, the review will be approved and published automatically.
