Before a review posted by a traveler about your tour is displayed on TourRadar, it must pass our Review Moderation process which means it must meet the following criteria:
- Verified: The travelers must have verified their review via a valid Facebook Profile, Google+ Profile, or a verified email address
- Appropriateness: If the review contains inappropriate language/images the review will be held in a moderation queue until we've reviewed the comments/images
If none of the points above are flagged, the review will be set to active.
