How to Add a Review Response?
Respond to a review by following the steps below.
Replying to reviews shows travelers that you care about their experience, even after their adventure ends. It also helps build trust with future customers and demonstrates that you're committed to improving your services.
In order to respond to your TourRadar Reviews:

Log in to your Operator Dashboard.

You’ll land on the 'Adventures' section by default
- Go to the 'Reviews' tab

Use the 'Filter Reviews' panel on the left side.

Set 'Answered' to 'No' to find reviews you haven't replied to yet

Select a review you'd like to respond to

Scroll to the 'Your Comment' section below the review

Type your response. Keep it polite, professional, and personalized.

Click 'Add Comment'.

Your response will appear publicly under the traveler’s review on TourRadar.
