Respond to a review by following the steps below.
Adding responses to your reviews displays dedication to the traveler and that you still care about their opinions post tour. It also shows that you are taking on their feedback to continue improving your tours. In order to respond to your TourRadar ‘Reviews’, log in to your Operator Dashboard. It will automatically take you to the 'Tours' Section. Select the ‘Reviews’ section.
- On the left-hand side use the ‘Filter Reviews’ to select ‘Answered’ - ‘No’
- This will display all the reviews you are yet to respond to
- Select the review and type your response in the 'your comment' section
- Click 'add comment' below
- Your response will appear below the review on TourRadar
