# How to Add/Edit Date & Pricing for Quotes?

## To add/edit a quote for a traveler, follow the below steps.

When travelers request a quote for one of your adventures, you will need to add the date and price for the departure requested. Updating the quote is also important, as it will make booking your adventure easy and convenient for the traveler. Please complete the following steps to update the quote: 

- Select 'Create quote' or if the page was already partially updated and there is a date added, you would need to click 'Update Quote' on the left side of the page
- A pop-up will appear with the booking details
- Select the correct departure date
- Make sure the price is accurate for the departure date (including any mandatory Single Supplements) in your base currency
- Click 'Save' to save the changes made
- Write a message to the traveler or use the [Booking Conversation Templates](https://help.tourradar.com/en/operators/how-to-use-templates-in-the-bcp?hsLang=en)
