Set your tours as Guaranteed Departures by following the steps below.
A guaranteed departure means that a tour is 100% confirmed to operate and will not be canceled due to low participation. Setting your tours as guaranteed departures helps build traveler confidence and can increase bookings!
Travelers will see the guaranteed departure status when looking at dates on your tour departure pages, so it is important that this information is accurate. 
If your tours are guaranteed to depart, please ensure you have selected this when loading your availability in the ‘Price & Availability’ tab.
If there is a chance that you may need to withdraw a tour departure date, please make sure that you use either Scheduled or On Request instead, to avoid any complaints from travelers.
