The AI messaging assistant is designed to help you draft faster, high-quality replies to traveler messages. Whether you're responding to questions about availability, itinerary details, or travel logistics, the tool can generate message responses that you can review, edit, and send — all within seconds.
How It Works- Open the desired Booking Conversation Page (BCP) that requires a response
- Under the conversation box, you will see the new AI icon ✨

- In the message box, write only the bullet points or key elements that you want to share
- For example, if a traveler asks about cancelling, you can write the following:

- When you click on the ✨ icon, you will see two response styles: 'Sales' or 'Care'
- Sales: this option is designed for pre-booking enquiries from potential travelers, encouraging bookings with a positive and engaging tone
- Care: this option is best for handling post-booking enquiries, cancellations, or concerns with a supportive and empathetic tone
- Once you have entered your prompt, and then click either 'Sales' or 'Care', a message will be generated
- If you are happy with the response, click 'Insert' and then you can click 'Send' to send the message. If you are not happy with the response, you can click the 🔄 icon to regenerate a new response
