The TourRadar Booking Conversation Page (BCP) is the main communication channel between you and your travelers.

There are a variety of things you can do on the Booking Conversation page (BCP) such as view traveler details, message travelers, change the tour date, adjust the pricing, add a discount, add pre or post accommodation, advise on cancellation fees, propose credit instead of a cancellation, notify the TourRadar team etc.
