How to Add a Promotion?

Add a promotion by following the steps below

Promotions are a great way to capture the attention of potential travelers searching through the TourRadar Marketplace for their perfect tour. Offering a discount can often be what entices travelers into booking your tour, over others that they may be considering. It is also a great way for you to fill any last-minute seats that you may have available.

In order to add/edit your 'Promotions,' log in to your Operator Dashboard. It will automatically take you to the 'Tours' Section. Select the ‘Promotions’ tab. 

• Click on 'Add Promotion'
• Add a 'Promotion Name'

• Click the toggle to change the ‘Promotion Status’ to 'Live'
• Populate the date range for the promotion in the 'Valid From/To’ section. The promotion will be applied to all the bookings made between these dates

• Populate the departure date range for the promotion in the 'Departure From/To’ section. The promotion will be applied to all the bookings due to depart between these dates
• Add a ‘Description’ and any ‘Terms and Conditions’ that apply to the promotion
• Select the relevant ‘Promotion Type’ from the drop-down box provided
• Select the relevant ‘Value Type’ for the promotion as either ‘Absolute Value’ or ‘Percentage’
• Enter the value or percentage into the ‘Discount per Currency’ section
• Add the tours you wish to be included in the promotion in the ‘Select Tours for this Promotion’ section
• Click ‘Save Promotion’ on the right-hand side
