How To Add/Edit The Adventure Itinerary?

To add/edit your tour 'Itinerary', log in to your Operator Dashboard. Select the "Adventures" tab across the top. Select the adventure you wish to add/edit your 'Itinerary' on. 

• Click into the 'Itinerary' tab of the adventure and fill in the itinerary information
• You have two options here
  • Manually complete the information 
  • Use the "Update from AI' button to pull the information for the url linked in the details tab 
• Add the full description of the adventure with a day-by-day itinerary (click the 'Add new itinerary day' button at the bottom of the page to add a new day) and select the destination visited each day
• Add Accommodation to each itinerary day to ensure passengers know where they will be staying. 
  • All accommodation shows as XXX or similar on the tour details page

• Complete the Tour Route Map
• Add 'Pick up and Drop off location'
• Click 'Save Itinerary' on the right-hand side
