Manage your Private Tour Enquiries by following the steps below.
If you have selected the 'Private Tour' option on your tour pages, you might start receiving private tour requests from travelers:
- Respond to the traveler by sending a quote for the requested private tour
- Edit the BCP with the tour price and send them a message with any explanation that may be needed or simply prompting them to book
- Send the traveler a message in the Booking Conversation Page (BCP), if you need any further details before finalizing the quote (exact travel date, any special requests or add-ons)
- You can use the BCP template 'Requesting a quote' to prompt the traveler to book
