How to Send Review Invites?

Invite your past travelers to leave a review by sending them a request directly from your Operator Dashboard.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log in to your Operator Dashboard. You'll land on the 'Adventures' section by default.

  2. Click on the 'Reviews' tab from the main menu on top of the page.

  3. In the Get Reviews section, select Send Emails to Travelers.

  4. Add traveler email addresses:

    • Type or paste email addresses, one per line

    • Or click Upload CSV to import multiple addresses at once

  5. Once all email addresses are listed, click Send Email to Travelers.

    Your review requests will be sent immediately to the selected travelers.

  • How soon after the tour can I request a review?
    You can send review invites as soon as the tour is completed.

  • Can I see who submitted a review?
    Yes, traveler reviews will appear under the Reviews tab once submitted.

  • Is there a limit to how many emails I can send?
    No, but make sure emails are accurate to avoid bounces.
