Once you understand the differences between Private Adventures and Personalized Adventures, please follow the instructions below to display the appropriate private pricing.
Private Pricing
To do this, log in to your Operator Dashboard. If you are loading a new adventure, please follow the instructions for How to Load a Private Tour.

Once you have added the appropriate Room Types, it is now time to load your Pricing & Availability, instructions and special notes for private adventure pricing are listed below
This is where we will indicate to the booking travelers, the minimum cost of a private adventure
For example, if your tour costs $1000 per person and requires a minimum of 4 travelers to ensure departure, please list the lower traveler amounts accurately. For example, A single traveler booking would be $4000, Twin travelers would be $2000 each, Quad travelers would be $1000 each. All these total $4000 and will ensure the tour can depart.

When adding your inclusions for private adventures, we advise adding the following additional content to the below sections:
- Accommodation: We know that the standards of accommodation vary for private adventures based on the traveler’s request, please list all available options in the Accommodation section.
- Transport: We know that transport types vary depending on group size and traveler requests, please list all available types in the Transport section.
