We've been busy. Over the past several months, we rolled out a four-phase AI Location Extraction project that replaces our old, error-prone manual processes with a smart AI-driven model, one that automatically extracts, cleans, and syncs location data across new and existing tours. The result? More accurate maps, a smoother operator experience, and an inventory that essentially keeps itself up to date so travelers always find what they're looking for.

24th February 2026 - How To Duplicate A Tour
Got a new tour that's similar to an existing one? Just hit Duplicate in your Adventures tab and a new draft will be created with all the content copied over, then update what's different, add your pricing and availability, and you're good to go.

TourRadar gives you three ways to add promotions, by a single adventure, a list of adventures, or your entire portfolio, so whether you're filling last-minute spots or running a site-wide sale, you can pick the setup that fits your goals. Percentage discounts apply to the total price, and each option comes with different levels of control over which departures and dates are included.

We’ve introduced a new AI Import feature to help you save time when uploading your adventures! This tool allows you to pull in the tour overview and itinerary directly from your own website. You’ll still need to input the remaining details manually, but this is a great way to get started faster.
