What Are the Benefits of Reviews?

Statistics show that tours with reviews see more page traffic and therefore receive more booking conversions, for this reason having a good selection of reviews is a huge part of the Tour Score initiative implemented in the TourRadar.com Marketplace. Reviews add an extra layer of trust, so it is highly recommended that you encourage your travelers to leave you reviews. These reviews are not restricted to just your TourRadar travelers! Thanks to our White-Label review platform, anyone who has travelled on your tours is welcome to leave a review.

White-Label:

With our white-label review feature, you can now send reviews out to all travelers, not just those who booked via TourRadar as this platform will only show the reviewers your own branding. Travelers are required to answer two questions, one to be displayed on TourRadar and one which can be used specifically on your own company website. The written content within your company review is unique to you and won't be used on TourRadar or anywhere else online. This means that you will be able to copy all the reviews from this report and use them on your website without having to worry about breaching Googles SEO duplicate content rules! Collecting Reviews on Tour:

Get your guides involved! You can involve your guides in the review collection process by ensuring they have a Guide Profile on TourRadar. This will allow them to send a link to their travelers or better yet, have an internet-enabled tablet and ask their travelers to write a review at the end of each tour.

 

Manual Reviews:

It is not possible to add reviews manually to the TourRadar review platform. To maintain the integrity of the reviews displayed it is only possible to submit a review with a valid Facebook Profile; Google+ Profile; or a verified email address. *Note: You must never impersonate a customer. If you do, these reviews will be removed from TourRadar and you risk your account being suspended. TourRadar has zero-tolerance for fake reviews. Reviewing Multiple Tours:

Traveler who have travelled on multiple tours with your company are welcome to review all the tours that they have travelled on. This will be monitored through our Review Moderation process.
